Enliven Atlanta partners with Atlanta’s own Almond-licious ICE Supreme to deliver a new flavor of the healthy treat, Enliven Kookies Supreme.
Almond-licious ICE Supreme is a revolutionary and unique nut-based frozen treat. It contains NO animal products – NO cow’s milk, NO goat’s milk, NO eggs! Although the product is not particularly low in calories or fat, the calories and fat come primarily from nuts, the key ingredient of ICE Supreme products. Almonds are one of the healthiest foods in the world and are loaded with “good fats” that are unsaturated, do not raise cholesterol, and come loaded with other health benefits.

Eat, Drink, and Be Merry
Lactaid, schactaid. Creamy Ice Supreme (available at local retailers) was created by a dairy lover who couldn’t digest the real stuff but didn’t want to part with the frozen taste. The flavors — pecan, lemon, strawberry — more than make up for the moo factor.

The world of vegan ice cream has come a long way in the past 5 years or so. There’s an ice cream for every taste, allergy/sensitivity, or nutrition concern. Rice -based ice cream, soy-based ice cream and frozen yogurt and even coconut-based ice cream. But there is a new kid on the block and its Raw Ice cream also know as Almond-Licious Ice Supreme.

My advice is for them to stay with Barackonomics as long as they can. Come up with new ideas, new products, and new services to sell. I am sure there are hundreds of other enterprising Black folks across the country who are making money via Barackonomics, and I see no problem with that.

The Economics of Supreme Health
Many Black folks are lactose intolerant; yet we are deluged with “Got Milk?” commercials and milk mustaches on Spike Lee, Tyra Banks, Venus and Serena Williams. We are also very fond of ice cream.
