Doctors say cow's milk can lead to iron deficiency anemia, allergies, diarrhea, heart disease, colic, cramps, gastrointestinal bleeding, sinusitis, skin rashes, acne, increased frequency of colds and flus, arthritis, diabetes, ear infections, osteoporosis, asthma, autoimmune diseases, and more, possibly even lung cancer, multiple sclerosis and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

The Food Guide Pyramid still promotes milk consumption by all Americans, even though research in the 1960s established that lactose intolerance affects the majority of adults in all racial groups other than whites.

Compared to whites, African Americans have much more lactose intolerance, hypertension, diabetes, cancer, and obesity.

Milk, butter, ice cream and cheese are a great
source of nutrition -- if you want to pack on weight,
