We ship ICE Supreme via FedEx to most U.S. cities (except Alaska and Hawaii). Our order ship days are M-Th (not including holidays) to ensure a weekday delivery. Our dry ice packaging assures the safe arrival of your ICE Supreme in our reusable Styrofoam container. WARNING: Dry ice will burn skin. Use gloves or other protective material to remove dry ice from container. We will make every effort to meet your delivery request. However, weather and issues beyond our control may cause a delay. If we are unable to meet your preferred delivery date, we will ship your ICE Supreme for delivery on the next business day.
Ashiki’s All Natural Inc. guarantees your ICE Supreme will arrive frozen. However, if it does not, of course we will reship your ICE Supreme for the next regular business day delivery or issue you a 100% refund. Please email us (info@iceSupreme.com) a photo of the damaged product and/or container(s).
